Christina Ross joined Preferred Benefits LLC in 2004. Christina´s background includes Medicare and Medicare Supplements expertise with five years in the social services department of a major nursing home. She has excellent customer communication skills.
Christina is the first licensed customer service representative for Preferred Benefits LLC. Christina manages the service of all health and ancillary benefits for both our small and large group clients. She assists in determining the need(s) of the clients and makes sure they are receiving the best advice and information. Christina also assists in open enrollment seminars as well as the personal application process. Christina takes the hands-on approach in all that she does and strives to meet and exceed our clients´ expectations. She is an excellent team player and a valuable asset to Preferred Benefits LLC.
