Leticia Dominguez joined Preferred Benefits LLC in August 2002 as the first team member of this growing organization. After five years of dedicated service, she transitioned into full time sales. Leticia came to us with extensive experience in the benefit arena. Leticia has the desire to educate employers and employees on their benefits, while developing a plan to ensure her clients get the most out of their benefit dollars.
Leticia started her career as a data processor with a local administrator of flexible benefit accounts. She had the drive to succeed as a professional in the benefits industry with over 18 years of experience. She has successfully maintains a book of business that has given our organization the opportunity to be a member of Humana Leader´s Club for the past four years. Leticia is well-known and respected by all of the companies represented by Preferred Benefits, LLC.
Leticia is highly recognized in many networking organizations in Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding areas. She is a member of the Bullitt County Women´s Council, and Bullitt County Chamber of Commerce. Leticia currently holds the position of Educational Coordinator with the "Partners In Business" chapter of Business Networking International, as well as being an Assistant Director for BNI Kentucky and Southern Indiana region.
