Susan Bisig is the most recent addition to the Preferred Benefits LLC team. She comes to us with 18 years of experience in the benefits arena. She is driven to provide excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Susan started her career in benefits as a medical claims processor with a local/national Benefits Administrator. Over the years she developed her skills by working in Customer Service, Quality Review and as a Supervisor of Operations. Her primary focus for the last several years has been in COBRA Administration as well as Retiree and Flexible Spending Account Administration. She has serviced multiple clients ranging from local to large national companies.
